Partial Planning 

Partial Planning Services Include:

Working with you around your schedule to keep the planning process moving.  Meetings can be virtual, by phone or in person. 

Initial consultation to meet and discuss your initial vision.

Budget meetings to discuss vendor referrals, rentals, invitations, accommodations, transportation, etc.  

Logistics meeting to discuss venue layout and supplier needs assessment

Identify vendors and assist with securing services, as needed or review vendor contracts. (can provide a list of vendors to fit needs and budget)

Final consultation and venue walk through about a month before your wedding with vendors who can attend to finalize layout, design and logistical details, load-in and tear down plan, reception layout, guest seating and food service, electrical and lighting needs, design and rental installation, vendor access needs 

Monthly check-ins via your preferred contact method

Draft a detailed timeline and distribute approved timeline to vendors 

Conduct one hour rehearsal, typically the day before the wedding

12 hours of coordination day-of

On-site coordination team that covers everything for your ceremony and reception, from initial vendor setup to send off (as agreed upon in your final consultation meeting)

Ceremony duties may include programs, unity candles, light-weight rental setup, aisle runners, candle lighting, etc.

Reception duties may include oversight of vendor load-in, placement of escort cards, favors, photo's, gift table, distribute gratuities to vendors on your behalf, and additional items as outlined in wedding workbook

Wedding party management to keep wedding parties and vendors on an established timeline, distributing flowers and bouquets, corsages and boutonnieres as needed

Point of contact for clients, vendors, and venue throughout the day.  Can distribute outstanding vendor payments as supplied

Organize the send-off 

Teardown oversight when applicable

Month-Of Coordination 

Our month-of package is built for couples who have been actively planning but want to hand off the final details when the date gets closer.  We take the reins at about 90 days before your wedding.  The month-of coordination service was created to ease the stress and streamline the final weeks before your big day.  This is a great option for clients who want to design and plan the details but want to ensure that no detail gets overlooked in the final weeks.  

Initial meeting talk through your existing plan and identify tasks and details you need us to manage.  Communication is mostly by email and text until we meet with you prior to a final logistics meeting with your vendors and venue to ensure everyone is aligned for the wedding weekend.

This package also includes the following:

Wedding workbook that includes wedding planning resources, giving you a central location to recor all details

Week-of timeline that includes vendor logistics (who, what, when, where) shared with your entire vendor team

Two hours final prep that includes ceremony rehearse and venue walk through to finalize the flow for the week of the wedding

Eight hours of wedding day management customized to your needs that may include:

Our preferred method of contact is email.  If you send us a planning inquiry, we will get back to you as soon as possible during office hours (Monday through Friday between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. EST).   

All wedding packages include one lead planner.  Additional assistants can be added to the team as needed.  Rates for additional assistants can vary based on guest count, scope of work, and budget increases.  Weddings with multiple locations will incur additional assistant fees. 

None of our packages include set up for tables, chairs, pews, place settings or furnishings.  If you need these services, we can help you source additional resources for this.  Please advise in our initial meeting.
